Criminal law solutions to cyberbullying in selected countries

Summary/Abstract: The advent of the digital era has brought, in addition to a globally interconnected world, rapid access to information, and technological progress, various forms of danger in cyberspace, among which cyberbullying is certainly included. Given that it is a perilous phenomenon, many countries and legal systems make efforts to combat c yberbullying through legislation, educational campaigns, and collaboration with online platforms. The aim of this contribution is to describe and highlight ways of addressing cyberbullying in selected countries, particularly from the perspective of criminal law.
