Summary/Abstract: Following article is describing actions that had been taken by Paulus Vladimiri as an envoy on the Council of Constance. First part of the article is concerned about historical background of his works as an envoy and enumerating his presentations. The second part is a compilation of opinions of polish researchers on achievements of Paulus Vladimiri such as: T. Jasudowicz, K. Tymieniecki and J. Domański. The most important part of article is comparison of de Vitoria and Vlaimiri’s thoughts.
