It pays particular attention to a case study derived from instances noted in the practice of trade register application submissions, focusing on company dissolution and liquidation. The discussion encompasses different dissolution scenarios (statutory dissolution, voluntary dissolution, judicial dissolution, and administrative dissolution) and their consequences, specifically relating to the company's liquidation process until the removal of professionals from the commercial register.
