Summary/Abstract: The problem arises in connection with the latest amendment of the Penal Code, which provided for the confiscation in favor of the state of the vehicle that was used to commit some of the transport crimes. Since the vehicle is an element of public relations protected by transport offences, it constitutes the object of this offence and not a means of its commission.
