Summary/Abstract: The quality of education can often influence the young generation development. However, it is difficult to strike the right balance between the education institutions products and the society expectations. Quality assurance in education is connected with the ability of educational institutions, the military ones included, to provide educational programmes in compliance with the established standards. That is why quality management could support the managers of educational institutions to use the available resources in order to enhance performance to meet the beneficiaries requirements.
