Summary/Abstract: Changes and additions to the provisions of a normative act are necessary in the context of protecting social values in line with the evolution of society. It is important to understand the will of the legislator, the rationale behind it, so that the new rules are easily interpreted and applied to the various concrete cases, but more importantly, it is necessary that all recipients of the norm, be it criminal, know its content in order to be able to model their behaviour, not wanting to violate it. The field in which, from January 1, 2024, additions and changes will be made is that of protection from the perspective of the criminal law of the freedom and sexual integrity of the person, the emphasis being on the increased protection of minors.
