Summary/Abstract: The process of building and developing the armed forces of the Republic of Bulgaria is key to ensuring the country’s national and collective defense in the context of NATO and EU membership. The report proposes an exemplary structure of an inter-institutional organization under the Council of Ministers for the implementation of continuous and purposeful activity of the state in guaranteeing the country’s defense policy through the development of the defense capabilities of our armed forces.
