Summary/Abstract: This study explores the specific characteristics of literary reviewers, identified in the Czech Literary Internet project (2017–2021), who publish on websites and in electronic journals with focus on literature. The main goal of the study is to challenge certain stereotypes associated with the category of online authors and digital literature in general. The data was acquired in bibliographical format MARC21, and the final dataset contained 11,019 items covering the period 1998–2021. The dataset included 59 e-sources on various topics. The dataset was analysed for information regarding gender, age, publication activity, and publishing houses or genres reviewed. The quantitative findings produced by this analysis allowed us to visualize data in the format of a timeline and, at the same time, explore trends in certain reviewers' behaviour. The results indicate that the online environment is gender-balanced, with the majority of reviewers being over 30 years old. They typically publish in a single electronic source for several years. Further research will require the collection of additional data comparing e-sources of the same type, as well as more information about the authors' year of birth.
