Analysis of the principle of attribution in the European Union: foundations, application, and implications

Summary/Abstract: This paper investigates the complexities associated with the principle of conferral within the European Union (EU) and highlights the difficulties and challenges related to conferring competences both within the EU and in the relationship between the EU and its member states. Also the paper underscores the need to maintain vigilance and ongoing monitoring of issues related to conferral to ensure the efficient functioning of the EU in an ever-evolving context.
