Summary/Abstract: In exercising its attributions, the local council adopts decisions, by absolute or simplemajority, as the case may be.By way of exception, decisions regarding the acquisition or alienation of ownershiprights, in the case of real estate, are adopted by the local council with a qualified majority of twothirds of the number of local councilors.
