Summary/Abstract: Supreme Court resolutions taken in response to concrete and abstract legal questions are the primary instrument for ensuring the uniform application of case law in court decisions. The article examines legal conditions and the grounds by which the Supreme Court might reject a resolution in response to a legal question brought before it. It also presents specific cases of such judgments based on Supreme Court jurisdiction.
