Summary/Abstract: In article is implemented a cointegration model between fluctuating energy prices and their impact on consumer spending and inflation in case of Azerbaijan republic. This article data based on data from 1995 to 2022, using the instrumental methods of the EViews 12 software package, the cointegration relationship analysis procedure is carried out..The cointegration model is shown us long-run relation between the stasionar time series.Created Vector Error correction model (VEC) in research.Vector Error correction model (VEC) equations are defined equibiliruim between the stasionar time series and importance of the VEC model realized by Autocorrelation LM test and White hetroskedasticity test (No cross terms).
