Summary/Abstract: Today, with the rapid development of digital technologies, digital literacy has gained an important place in education systems. This research aimed to examine school administrators' views, experiences and practices on digital literacy. The data obtained from the interviews with 18 school administrators in Kahramanmaraş were evaluated using the thematic analysis method. The findings of the research revealed that the majority of school administrators define digital literacy as an important part of the education system. However, it has been observed that there are uncertainties about the definition of digital literacy and this concept in the education system is not fully understood. Analyzes of the use and impact of digital tools in schools have shown that these tools increase student engagement and encourage motivation to learn. It has been determined that especially interactive course materials and online resources are widely used. The needs and support needs of teachers and students regarding digital literacy constitute an important finding of the research. It has been determined that teachers' deficiencies in access to technology and education are particularly evident and that they need more support and resources in this area. Finally, the research discussed the leadership roles of school administrators in digital literacy and their strategies in this field. The findings showed that school administrators developed various strategies to promote and support digital literacy.
