Summary/Abstract: Crisis management is the effective management of organizations or crises before unexpected events. Crisis management also includes a set of practices, procedures and communication rules for dealing with unexpected situations or events. In this context, the subject of the research is to examine the crisis, crisis management and crisis management functions of the Natı biscuit and chocolate factory operating in Azerbaijan. The aim of the research is to examine the concepts of crisis and crisis management and to reveal how the Azerbaijani company works in this regard. The importance of the research can be evaluated in terms of examining the level of crisis management efforts of an international company of Azerbaijani origin and contributing to the literature on the subject. According to the results obtained as a result of the semi-structured interview, the company has not yet exhibited a fully professional behavior in this regard.
