Summary/Abstract: The application of innovation technologies in the field of human resources management in organizations and modern working conditions has become a current task. The most important factor in the implementation of innovative solutions to problems arising in modern teams is personnel innovation. They are based on the need to establish a close link between the company's development strategy and personnel planning. Assessment of the degree of impact of personnel costs on economic indicators of production depends on the formation of the necessary number of competencies and professional skills to work effectively in the labor market. Currently, the most important resource for any organization's long-term competitive advantage is human resources; In other words, people's high qualities, value orientations, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as their desire to achieve their goals and work motivation. Today, the main tasks of organizational management are focused on the efficient use of human resources, but employees themselves cannot create a management system characterized by unity of goals and actions, common corporate values and interests. It is clear that uniting each employee as a whole in line with his interests is possible only by effectively organizing his(her) activities. The dominant role of innovations in the process of development of the social system of production and reproduction is characterized by the presence of the human factor in organizational development and certain social subordinations, which clearly demonstrate the close connection of innovation management. Competitive advantage is gained by companies, countries and regions that create and assimilate new knowledge faster and more efficiently than others, better adapting the products and services offered to different and dynamically evolving human needs. In modern conditions, the development and creation of innovation management technologies based on the implementation of humanistic management principles is the best basis for the development of group and organizational goals and solving production problems.
