Summary/Abstract: The text discusses Polish regional dialect dictionaries published in the last few decades. These dictionaries, written by professionals or amateurs, record sets of lexis from various regions of Poland. Selected entries (especially from central and eastern Poland) show different ways of presenting the dialect material, taking into account the iconographic layer and local contexts.
