Organizational aspects when conducting actor casting in the theater

Summary/Abstract: Casting in the theater is a selection process when forming an acting team, which is characterized by democracy and competitiveness. In the period 2020-2022, we can notice that there is an increase in the announced castings of drama theaters in Bulgaria, which is why we consider this as a trend. The current development examines the practices and peculiarities in the organization of actor castings in the theater.
