Summary/Abstract: The process of harmonizing national legislation with European norms is a dynamic,continuous one and aims to ensure the harmonization and compatibility of domestic law norms withthe legal system of the European Union, by adding, amending or supplementing national normativeacts in accordance with the rigors of European law. In this way, the legal norms of European lawbecome a component part of the national law system.
