Summary/Abstract: This article presents the construction of a bibliographic base in relation to the goals of the project, the phases and stages of the work on it. With the help of short explanatory notes, the peculiarities of the actual bibliographic work – the selection of a bibliography for each of the documents included in the project from the “Manuscripts” collections are revealed and old printed books” and Bulgarian Historical Archive. The criteria for selecting the bibliography, its thematic scope are defined, the types of bibliographic sources are presented, as well as the work in the e-register of the “Heritage BG” portal.Some problems are identified, as well as good solutions that can be developed at a later stage, conceptual guidelines for future work are proposed.
