Summary/Abstract: The Pedagogy of Law is a branch of law theory and philosophy which focusses on the educational function of law, seeking the best-possible legislative solutions, analysing the existing or draft laws in terms of their compliance with natural law, and also increasing legal awareness and resolving conflicts. The Pedagogy of Law is based on legal and natural assumptions, and also personalistic foundations. The article deals with selected issues related to the Pedagogy of Canon Law, especially particular Law. It discusses basic axiological, theological and praxeological issues, topics associated with the permanence of Canon Law and discipline, the family and preparation for marriage, and also selected socio-economic problems.
