Summary/Abstract: In patriarchal society, sexuality is one of the means of maintaining the unequal power relationship between men and women. Like gender roles, sexuality is socially constructed. Maledominated sexuality imposes limits on women in other areas of life, and is a threat and an element of fear for women. Many women are sexually assaulted at some point in their lives. In this study, group studies that women who have been subjected to sexual assault benefit from in coping with the consequences of sexual assault are discussed. The aim of the study is to explain a feminist group work process that will set a good example by examining different group work examples with women. In addition to individual case studies with women in feminist social work practices, volunteering women's participation in group work they need can create different opportunities for their empowerment. In this study, the purpose of the group, its members, stages, and the qualities of the group leader, which are inherent in traditional group work, are explained together with the concepts of feminist theory. In this respect, it is thought that it will contribute to the literature and practice of social work.
