Summary/Abstract: The paper talks about the historical village of Oti in the Ksani Gorge, which is located in the occupied Akhalgori Municipality. In this one of the oldest villages of Georgia, traces of the inhabitants go back to the Bronze Age. The silver rayed earring and bronze pendant found in Ikoti are the treasures of our country and are preserved in the State Museum of Georgia. According to Georgian and foreign censuses of the XVll-XlXcenturies, talking about low demographic and economic development, social relations, peasants and taxes in Ikoti. The company, part of the village is on the land of the landlord Eristavi, and part is the Fitskhelauris, who are the landlord of the part of the village and has reached its Akhalgori mouravo. It is about what role the Fitkhelauri people played in Saeristavo and in the whole world, what kind of relationship do you have with the Eristavs of Ksani. It is also worth noting that the serfs of Fitkhelauri did not pay the treasury tax, they are responsible for the landlords, which in a way makes them irresponsible and influential. Speaking about the demographic situation of the village, letters from different periods are compared. It is shown how the demographic picture of the village has changed over the years, how far several clans have gone, how many districts the village was divided into, what was the situation here before the August 2008 war and what is the situation today, after the occupation of the majority of Akhalgori.
