CONSIDERAŢII PRIVIND FINANŢAREA UNITĂŢILOR ADMINISTRATIV-TERITORIALE COMUNALE
CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE FINANCING OF COMMUNAL ADMINISTRATIVE-TERRITORIAL UNITS

Summary/Abstract: The communal administrative-territorial units, as territorial entities, have the possibility of getting their necessary financial resources in several different ways, in order to accomplish a good functioning, as well as development activities. Bearing in mind the fact that some financing sources of the local communities somehow have a classic origin character, we consider it necessary to give an explanation for the ones resulting from bank credits and mandatory loans, as well as for the ones resulting from structural and cohesion funds, taking into account the fact that in the current stage of adhesion to the European Union, the credit coordinators of local communal communities have more substantial requests in identifying new budgetary resources, that is in accessing funds granted by the EU.
