Property liability of civil officers in the Ministry of interior

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the general characteristics of property liability, as one of the types of legal liability. Attention is paid to the legal characteristics of property liability, presenting the subjects, the object, the act, the damage, the causal relationship, the form of the fault and the circumstances excluding the liability. In chronological order, the texts of provisions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications have been examined, in which special legal norms regulating the obligation to compensate, which specify the general rule for compensation in case of damages, have been examined. In the conclusion, summaries are drawn from what was stated in the circumstantial part of the article on the subject under consideration.
