Summary/Abstract: Achieving the objective of reshaping the structure of command and control and the structure of forces established by the Romanian Armed Forces transformation strategy and the relevant requirements of the organisation, equipping, training and support are complex tasks which are marked by many significant national and international specific conditions determined by the regional and global security environment area, the Romanian society’s stage of development, the manner in which the military are perceived, the missions are assigned and the resources are made available.
