Summary/Abstract: The civil legal capacity is a constant preoccupation of scientific research and of the legal debate. The civil legal capacity is the starting point for all institutions of civil law, it determines a person’s capability of being the subject of civil legal relationships (capacity to conclude civil deeds), of being the holder of rights and obligations, of being the subject of aquiline responsibility etc., its nature being very complex and sometimes controversial.
