Summary/Abstract: After the collapse of the Soviet Union, changing economic and social relations in the Russian Federation naturally affected labour life. The former regime, where not working was considered crime, has provided the people a permanent job security or the guarantee of a job, but these are now lost to history in the new world order. Consequences of the regime change in the country has been the most effective in the area of working life. A new page has opened in working conditions and employer-employee relations. The enactment of new laws to regulate the working life has also become a necessity. Flexible rules by laws have been introduced in order to adapt to new social world order; new forms of work emerged and hence the termination of the employment contract were further facilitated. In the context of this article it is observed that the global competition phenomenon makes Russian Federation Labor Law flexible. This article evaluates the ways of termination of employment contract in the Russian Federation in all possible aspects.
