Summary/Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the impact of a learning environment that incorporated problem-solving strategies and Web 2.0 tools on the problemsolving achievement of pre-service elementary mathematics teachers. The study was conducted with 35 participants from a state university in the Aegean Region. Over a period of 4 weeks, the participants engaged in activities supported by Web 2.0 tools and focused on problem-solving strategies. The findings revealed that those who took part in these activities demonstrated an improvement in their problem-solving achievements. The increase was found to be statistically significant through a dependent samples t-test. Prior to the intervention, the pre-service teachers tended to approach problems using traditional methods, but after the intervention, they were observed trying different strategies for problem solving. Overall, the activities conducted in the Web 2.0 supported learning environment positively impacted the participants' problem-solving success and their inclination to employ diverse strategies in problem solving.
