Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate educational technology applications in the context of accreditation and quality assurance on a national and international scale. In this context, the motivations and processes of EPDAD and CAEP, which are national and international organisations authorised to provide accreditation of teacher education programmes, are explained in-depth, and the approach of technology from the perspective of these two organisations is evaluated and recommendations for Teacher Education programmes in Turkey are presented.
