Parenthesis in the poetry of Krystyna Miłobędzka. Linguistic aspects of the analysis of the poet's late texts

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the issue of parenthesis in poetic texts on the example of selected works by Krystyna Miłobędzka. The analysis of the texts leads to the conclusion that interjection, especially the parenthetical interjection considered here, has a slightly different - wider - impact in a poem than in other types of texts and constitutes an important interpretative signal. The present discussion also shows how the potential of parenthesis was used by the poet to build up the multilevel meaning of the work.
