Summary/Abstract: The article presents the conglomerate of cultural policies as one of the key conglomerates of sectoral policies for a modern state. It is an original proposal based on the author’s long-term research related to cultural policy. Within this conglomerate, nine sectoral policies were placed: nation-building policy, arts patronage policy, arts and cultural education policy, cultural heritage policy, policy of the law of culture, cultural and creative industries policy, cultural tourism policy, social capital policy, cultural diplomacy policy. The article characterizes these policies and the proposed model. In addition, the issue of the definition of culture, public policy, cultural and creative goods was brought closer. There are also short descriptions of key concepts such as seeking, kitsch, patronage, cultural heritage, cultural and creative industries, cultural tourism and cultural diplomacy. The author’s concept of a conglomerate model of public policy of the state was also outlined as covering six conglomerates of sectoral policies, i.e. economic policies, social policies, security policies, environmental policies, foreign policies cultural policies and a fiscal policy and a monetary policy.
