Summary/Abstract: The article presents the legal basis of the judiciary which was subjected to the Government Delegation for Poland as well as the history of the establishment and activities of the Civil Special Court in Warsaw. The paper takes into account the lawyers involved in its activities, its modus operandi, and the units which cooperated with the court. The study also portrays persons convicted by the Civil Special Court, the charges formulated against them as well as the circumstances of the execution of the death sentences passed by the court.
