Summary/Abstract: The psychological factor is of particular relevance in the training of female football players, this phenomenon being encountered both during the training periods of motor skills and improvement of motor qualities, as well as during competitions, with emotional involvement and resistance to stress, as well as during post-exercise recovery periods.
