Summary/Abstract: Students are born as beings without engraved stereotypes, false beliefs, imposed fears, labels, ... But during their lives, they absorb opinions and philosophies from parents, guardians, teachers, societies, societies that shape their identity. The challenge is to understand for yourself, without anyone's influence, what fulfills them, what they are good at, in order to make the best use of their time and recognize what they would do. Students should always start from the analysis of their internal capacities, because only they can be realistic and stable indicators, which do not depend on external influences. This paper talks about the fact that only an objective and realistic picture of oneself gives students the opportunity to assess which knowledge and characteristics can contribute to achieving goals, and what hinders them from achieving balance, fulfilled life and desires.
