First, the epistemological significance of the visualization principle is determined. Second, the realization of the principle of visualization in mathematics teaching was analyzed. Third, relevant research that connects the application of information technology in mathematics teaching with the principle of visualization is presented and discussed. Based on previous theoretical and empirical knowledge, it was concluded that the application of information technology in the teaching of mathematics achieves effective knowledge in students, and that within the same through visualization in students can stimulate arithmetic, algebraic and geometric intuition.
