Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to shed light on the methods and approaches the concept of the game, its application in the teaching of science and society, and the importance of respecting the principles of sustainability knowledge skills and habits. First, we have analyzed and defined the concept of the game and its development historically, everyday educational character as well as the impact on the education and socialization of children. An explanation of the classification of teaching methods and methods defined place games in the system of other methods. Emphasis is placed on a variety of application methods in teaching the game, the subgroups of this method, as well as a general division games. Defined the concept of teaching principles, and special attention to the sustainability of princes knowledge, skills and habits. Through the conclusion of this paper we consider the impact of games on the methods of knowledge acquired in the classroom, and we make the parallel between traditional teaching and teaching enriched with innovative teaching methods as the method of games. References used in this paper is current, modern and is widely used in the teaching and related faculties. In addition to this literature, we referred to older sources that deal with the theme of our work and to show us the historical development of a particular scientific field.
