Summary/Abstract: Motivation is usually defined as an internal state that governs and maintains behavior. It is a two-stage process, further implying that it is necessary to motivate both students and teachers in the teaching process. In this paper, we have implemented the strategy of successful READS reading and mapping on texts on learning motivation. Our goal is to create a "mind map" for teachers that is related to learning motivation. The tabular representation of theoretical orientations helps the teacher to revive his or her own learning. We have also dealt with an innovative way of organizing pupils' activities by avoiding the so lecture form of teaching. It is about motivational preparation for teachers for active teaching. The basic task of the paper is to present the metacognitive process from the teacher's point of view and to point out the importance of a successful selection of successful learning strategies.
