Summary/Abstract: This publication presents the development of a web-based recruitment system – Bee Hired, which will enable employers and candidates to use it freely according to their wants and needs and also to be a new solution created with newer technologies and a more modern look. The recruitment system will be mostly an online web application in which job seekers will be able to apply for a job corresponding to their interests, ambitions and qualifications.
