Summary/Abstract: This paper reports research on optimizing cloud transformation for a large network management procedure process through the effects of using Oracle, as well as many other companies are providers of Cloud Computing or in other words, cloud computing services that are delivered via the Internet. This is a technology services from a specific network of computers (computers connected in a cluster configurations), not individual, stand-alone physical computer instances.
