Summary/Abstract: The article presents the characteristics of the currently functioning organizational structure of the State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate, the problems arising from its functioning in connection with the adopted dichotomous structural division into the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector and the voivode performing tasks with the aid of the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspector.
