Summary/Abstract: Damages liability of public authorities is regulated in the Polish Constitution and in civil law. The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector supervises advertising of medicinal products. Decisions in this regard are immediately enforcable. This article proposes a legal analysis of the possibility to receive fi nancial compensation for losses from decisions that are made in a relevant fi eld.
