A SUSTAINABLE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR TRUSTWORTHY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Summary/Abstract: This report examines the need for a legal framework for trustworthy artificial intelligence in the European Union and the actions taken in this direction by the European legislator. In this context, issues concerning the approach of the proposed legislative framework to address the risks posed by artificial intelligence systems are also raised for legal debate. Based on the research conducted, conclusions and generalisations are drawn.
