Summary/Abstract: The report examines the historical context of Soviet relations with Eastern European countries and especially the events surrounding the construction of the communist bloc in Eastern Europe. Although the processes of building and developing communism in Eastern Europe and in particular in Bulgaria, after the end of the Second World War took place differently in different countries, they took place in a similar way, regardless of the different international and legal situation of the countries in which they are were performed. The trials took place under direct Soviet intervention, which was crucial to the "monolithic integrity" of the communist bloc in Eastern Europe.
