Summary/Abstract: The Earth`s climate is presented as a complex multifactorial dynamic system. The factors and causes that have impact on it are viewed and a considerable attention is paid to the problem of lithosphere`s plates mobility. The modern methods (isotopic, pollenqec) for analysis of climatic changest in the last millennium are given. The problem of climate`s definitiveness (sustainability) is presented taking into consideration the La-place theory. The global system for climate observation of World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is also presented.
