Summary/Abstract: The handing over as physical evidence of movables abroad for foreign criminal proceedings is governed by procedural rules on international legal assistance rather than any administrative laws. Article 84 of the Law on the Ministry of Interior shall regulate the remaining cases of handing over of movables but with a necessary restriction to prevent the rights of bona fide possessors from being violated.
