Summary/Abstract: Intercultural, from the point of view of professional education, represents a challenge, both for teachers and for learners, at the same time. We are preparing to interact on the European labor market, in the context of globalization. Thus, the subject of interculturality becomes very important and topical. The interaction and the dialogue of different generations and cultures is the challenge of today’s society. Considering this context, a modern one, and also the migration on our continent, approaching culture becomes essential. How can we help our learners? How to respond to the challenges.
