Summary/Abstract: A particular threat to state security may result in the adoption of emergency measures aimed at restoring its normal functioning. In a digital state, cyberspace is widely used to carry out public tasks, therefore its protection must be a priority for public authorities. Security threats in cyberspace may sometimes be of a serious nature, therefore combating them or removing their eff ects will require the introduction of a state of emergency. Therefore, the main goal was to analyze cyber threats as the reason for introducing a state of emergency. The article uses the dogmatic-legal and theoreticallegal methods.
