Summary/Abstract: This research aims to determine whether business ethics plays a mediating role in the effect of employees' ethical behaviour(s) on their work performance(s). In line with this purpose, research has been conducted on sales personnel working in enterprises operating mainly in the automotive sector in Konya Organized Industrial Zone. Data were obtained from one hundred and fifty-one employees using the survey method and questioning technique, and confirmatory factor analysis of the scales in which these data were collected has been performed separately. To test the research hypotheses, the Bootsrap Method was applied with the help of Multiple Regression Analysis and Hayes Process Macro. As a result of the relevant analysis, the expectation was met and the mediating effect of business ethics on the relationship between ethical behaviours and work performance was proven. The relevant research has been expected to fill important gaps in the national literature in terms of making a confirmatory factor analysis for some of the scales adapted to Turkish by the authors for the first time and comparing them with the original scale, giving place to the relations between the related variables simultaneously for the first time, and presenting the subject with a combination, especially for those who perform the sales profession.
