For Cold Winter Days: MAFESZT. The Festival of the MASZÍN Theatre Association, Miercurea Ciuc, 2024

Summary/Abstract: The Hungarian Theatre Association organised the fifth edition of its annual professional event, which focused on the performances of its five member theatres (the “Harag György” Company of the Northern Theatre of Satu Mare, the “Csiky Gergely” Hungarian State Theatre, the Oradea “Szigligeti”Theatre, the “Tomcsa Sándor” Theatre, the “Csíki Játékszín” Theatre). Kincső Szakács reports on the festival convincing the reader of the diversity and vitality of the event, while paying special attention to the performances targeted to children.
