Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Today, the rapid changes in every field and the continuous development of technology have led to an increase in the importance given to people and the emergence of new understandings in management. These changes over time have led to changes in leadership approaches, and many new types of leadership have emerged. One of them is inclusive leadership. Inclusive leadership is defined as a type of leadership that reveals new ideas, is open to its employees, is always accessible and reachable, and can affect different forms of organizational behavior. One of these, psychological ownership, is the state of adopting the institution as if it were one's own, even though the person does not have any legal or financial obligations. Employee voice is the ability of the individual to express his ideas, thoughts, wishes and suggestions clearly. The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether employee voice has a mediating role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological ownership. Design/Methodology/Approach – The research was carried out on academic and administrative staff working in a public university. Questionnaire was used as a data collection tool in the research and data were collected from 364 people in total. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed using statistical methods. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs were used in the analysis. Findings – As a result of the research, it was concluded that the voice of the employee plays the role of a full mediator variable in the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychological ownership. Discussion – According to the results obtained from the study, where there is employee voice behavior, psychological ownership behavior also increases.
